These little sticks are great for an appetizer served with Ranch Dressing, or a side dish to a big meal. Either way they are good for you, quick and easy!
So wash and cut the ends off of your zucchini. Then cut it in half, then in half again. Then I just continue to cut longways in the middle until I get the size sticks I want to coat.
Take the sticks of zuchinni and place in a bowl of 1 beaten egg and milk.
On a plate combine your remaining ingredients and mix well. Take each stick coating it in the dry mixture and place on a non stick baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve alone or with ranch dressing.
